Organizational support

I support organizations in building and developing structures and processes that create stability in everyday operations.

As organizations grow or change, administrative tasks often increase. I help create clear workflows, document knowledge, and organize administrative processes in ways that work in practice.

Project support

I support organizations in developing, structuring, and implementing projects — from the first idea to practical implementation.

Projects rarely fail because of the idea itself, but often because the structure around the project is unclear. I help create overview, coordinate tasks, and ensure a realistic and pragmatic implementation.

Administrative support

I offer flexible administrative and organizational support on an hourly basis.

Many organizations have strong professional expertise but limited resources for administrative tasks. I help structure and handle these tasks so the organization can focus on its core work.

Min digitale arbejdsform gør det muligt at gennemgå og udvikle processer og dokumentation på en struktureret måde. Remote-samarbejde kan skabe klarhed over, hvad der allerede fungerer godt, og hvor justeringer kan være relevante. Det kan også hjælpe organisationer med at bevare kontinuiteten i særlige situationer – f.eks. ved personalefravær, i perioder med hjemmearbejde eller i distribuerede teams.

I bring many years of experience in administration, project management, and organizational work — including roles as office team leader, project manager, entrepreneur, and board member of associations.

I have also held leadership roles, including managing director of a company and a non-profit organization. This experience provides a strong understanding of organizational structures, decision processes, and the practical challenges faced by both businesses and non-profit organizations.
